Online Talk

Part of the London Library’s Lit Fest, is After Vienna: Edmund de Waal and Tom Stoppard, in which the two writers will discuss the themes and concerns they share in Leopoldstadt and The Hare with Amber Eyes: European Jewish identity and diaspora, the particularity of pre-war Vienna, the legacy of the Holocaust and art and culture as a means of assimilation and escape.
